Wonderful front desk staff, very welcoming! It’s an older motel but it is well taken care of and it was clean enough that my family felt comfortable. Comfy beds and loved the pool after a long day of traveling.

The lobby slaps you in the face with extreme wet dog and musk smell when you walk into the door! We then got a room that you drove around the property, you walk into a dungeon type hallway that smells like bleach. We got into our rm #72 and the door dead bolt is broken, the room is so dark, that you know it's hiding some kind of disgusting. The poop brown walls don't help at all. We start to unload, and there is fresh dog crap right outside our patio door! I went back to the front desk and again slapped with a nasty odor! Asked for a better room, the front desk gal gave me a half hearted apology and said here's your room #. It was so disgusting and dirty, I'm ashamed that I even stayed there!

The hotel is dated. I use a cane right niw and we were put at the end of a long hall. The room needs some improvement. The towels were thin. I had to use 2 to dry. The room was very cleanand the bed comfortable.

The parking lot seemed very tight, and compact. Some of the carpeting was very worn and thread bear. Our tub made awful noises, almost like there was no support under it. The staff however was amazing! Very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was also very good!

The breakfast was delicious and had a wide rang of options. It was a bummer that the pool and hot tub were closed. Additionally, the pluming in our room was a little questionable and didn’t seem to be working as efficiently as it should. However, with it being winter we understand that plumbing issues can easily happen.

Needs a bit of updating. The place is very clean, but worn out in some parts. A little refurbish wouldn't go wrong. Room itself was great. Nice bed and 2 seater sofa.

I am a resident of the area who was recently displaced due to a house fire. I booked for one night through Expedia and prepaid the reservation. Unfortunately, when I went to check in I was told that as a resident of the area, I was required to provide a $250 cash deposit and refused to accept a credit or debit card. I’d already pre-paid for a single night stay, so I stood there for a minute perplexed. While I suppose I could have left the hotel and gone to an ATM, it made uncomfortable and I no longer felt safe staying there. I felt like I was being scammed. Allowing to prepay for a room and when you arrive at check in (beyond the cancellation window), if you don’t have access to cash, you won’t be able to check in and won’t get a refund. Luckily, I did purchase $4 travel insurance through Expedia, and was able to get my money back due to this inaccurate (or omission of) information on the listing. If you are from the area, be advised. The staff said that they have had this policy in place for at least 5 years.
