Booked thru Expedia. I got the date wrong on the reservation, we showed up at 11:15 pm the NEXT evening. Much of the hotel was undergoing off season renovation. The desk clerk cancelled our no- show charges and got us into rooms for the original fee, upgrading is to king rooms since the Queen's were unavailable. Process took about 15 minutes, during which she assured us that she would get us rooms, even if she had to send us to another hotel. Made an "out of comfort zone" experience very comfortable for us. She solved a problem I caused, and made us feel very comfortable as she did it. And the hotel is great!
