close to mt airy hotel and casino in the Poconos.

Pros: The location was great.
Cons: Need to hire people that do their job. Do not have enough people doing the rooms.
Location: Hiking, horse back riding, gaming, very pretty area.
Second day there never cleaned the room or made up the beds. Never changed the sheets.

Good Place For Leisure Stay

Posted Jul 3, 2015
The hotel is nice, comfortable, clean. It provides all the needed amenities for a basic stay. Complimentary breakfast is decent. Wifi is very slow. I was able to log on to the free wifi from Lowes next door and got better signal.

Nice hotel close to 380

Posted Jun 24, 2015
Overall a good place to stay, my family and I were traveling to Long Island and wanted to split the trip so we stayed for a night. Heated indoor pool was a huge plus for the kids as the weather was such that an outdoor pool would have been a no go, didn't ask much of the staff so nothing to comment there, cleanliness was average. Hotel did offer a nice "mountain" feel with a large fireplace and open banister to the second floor.

Ok Stay

Posted May 18, 2015
Pros: The rooms were clean and beds comfy.
Cons: Easier access into the parking lot from the street. A better breakfast to guests.
Location: We were there to visit Mt. Airy Casino. ~ Very nice place! Everything in the town of Mt. Pocono, seemed to close by 10pm on Saturday!!
The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The warm breakfast was terrible. Food was cold, grounds in the coffee and plastic utensils very cheap! We left and went elsewhere for Breakfast ~ Very Disappointing!!

Not happy. It was our 41st anniversary weekend.

Posted May 18, 2015
Pros: The breakfast was good and the other staff were friendly
Cons: Check the nightstands for rings and when the spa/pool can be used turn the heat back on before so it is warm when guests go in.
Location: location was great
1. When I made the reservation, I asked if we might have an more hour on check out (instead of 11 make it 12) and was told to ask when we arrived. When we arrived I did ask and was told ok however, on Monday when we were still in the room they wanted to know why we didn't check out - I told them we asked the person twice before I left the check-in was told ok. The person who called then told me when we checked in it was never noted in the system. This is embarrassing. 2. The Spa/pool - the first day we were out site seeing when we came back it was the ending of a pool party. We understand about turning off the heat for the party of children however when it was over they should have turned the heat on. But they didn't until me and another guest asked for the heat (which means you need to wait about 20-30 mins. for it to warm up). Then the next day we went to breakfast and was going to try again and the heat was off again (are you saving on money?). I didn't like that we needed to keep asking for the the heat to be turned on the spa. One of the reasons for picking a hotel with spa/pool was to take time to relax and this did not happen. 3. When my husband asked for towels for the pool he heard the person behind the counter wall huff/puff because we rang the bell for her assistance. 4. When we first went into the room there was cup circle on the nightstand next to the bed - they never cleaned the nightstand,
