Super fun!

Super fun! Many things to do and the champagne towers were very romantic and definitely reminded me of a movie...the only negative thing was our room wasnt ready until 5 and check in was 3 but they did give us a late check out. Which was nice not having to rush out.

If a suite needs extra attention due to the condition it was left in by a prior guest, it may take extra care to ensure it's properly cleaned and ready for the next set of guests. Beyond it's prime days

This resort needs major reno to keep up with the current resort trends. This resort was probably good during it's prime time. As soon as you walk-in, you will be greeted with a chlorine smelling air combined with old smelling wood. I just have a simple room (like the one you'll have when you stay in those roadside hotel) however, this room needs some updating from wallpaper that is tearing away to the tiny rusty shower. The refrigerator was difficult to open because of the carpet. The small TV was in top of a small TV stand dresser (maybe?). Yes, the room has a shared deck ( you can't open your curtain if you're not properly dressed. You can expect passersby). Deck also needs some blowing - has plenty of dead leaves and twigs. Oh.... By the way, the building I was on was not sound proof. The sound of the band playing at the club reverberated thru and thru to my room floor to ceiling until midnight.

Thank you for your feedback. We have been making some improvements around the resort this year since coming under new ownership. This has included some renewed landscaping projects and many other tweaks and fixes around the resort to improve appearances and functionality. We've also introduced new menus. We're hopeful we can continue making positive changes to the resorts to give our guests the best experience possible and hope you will consider visiting us again in the future.

It was a nice getaway for a romantic weekend. We enjoyed our stay. We would go there again. For the younger and youthful crowds, If you go out of the hotel and into the actual city, you have more to do as far as enjoying the nightlife.

Not a good experience

The room was really hot , the jacuzzi was broken, but next day when I complain they changed me to another room but they don't even apologize, they didn't give me an upgrade same room that I paid before not even to make me feel happy after what happened , the staff is good and also the food in the restaurant they treat me really good. And at the end after I paid almost 600 for 2 days when I did the check out they charged me $50 more they told me hotels fee which I didn't know about

There was a razor in the grass outside of our room from the time we arrived Friday night and was still there when we left on Sunday which shows that every staff member that passed it has no pride in the place they work. They have round beds but regular rectangle sheets which means they just come off. Carpet on the walls is dusty and moldy. Our room wouldn't lock once the door was closed so we called maintenance and they said it's normal you just have to hold the handle down and let it fly up until it locks which means we put the do not disturb sign up and did without housekeeping bevause we were worried the door wouldn't lock behind the housekeeper. With service like that I don't think a 25% gratuity fee should be mandatory. I have no problems tipping generously when it's deserved but I don't think it should be mandatory. My husband and I just moved 2 hours from here and were looking for a nice place to get away every month but now we won't try any other hotel in this chain.

Nice ralaxing place..My only complaint and its probably because I own A Powerwash and Roof cleaning company is the exterior needs a pretty good bath that only a company like mine could do..Other than that we had a goodtime

Very fun ... Very nice

IT was awesome ! The landscaping was very nice, the food was really good; the pools were very nice; the room and heart shape tub were great !
