“It is a lovely little villa in Split ! Very easy to walk everywhere from there . The staff sent many emails for information and guidance . The breakfast was delicious and the lady working at the breakfast was so nice ! It’s a lot of stairs for luggage so if you aren’t capable of carrying bags you need to arrange for help but it was a lovely stay !”

“Absolutely loved this property!!! The proprietor, “Falcon”, was amazing!! The apartment was clean and well appointed as well as in a great location! Falcon was extremely kind and helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat! Lots of great restaurants nearby as well as close proximity to excursions. Whenever we return to Split, we hope to book this property again.”

“What a great place.. we stayed in 2 rooms, one was above the restaurant, the breakfast was amazing, Tony met us at a parking lot which is about a 5 minute walk to the Bed and Breakfast. The parking lot was a bit sketchy looking but it was totally safe. Tony was a great host. Would definitely stay again.”

“Luxury is a bit of a stretch; however, the stay was good and had (mostly) what we needed. The room was clean, but the bed was not made.. so we were left thinking all we had was a thin sheet each. There were a little bit thicker blankets in the closet. They have a mini fridge (but it's hidden). Hot water ran out really fast (like reeeeeeally fast). AC needs to be cleaned because it makes a ticking noise. All in all, though, it worked for what we needed during our short stay in Croatia.”

“It is a nice hotel all round, it is not exactly conveniently located but still within walking distance from the old town. But like a lot of similar hotels here, you need to ask for the kettle if you need one.”

“The location is perfect. It's very close to Split Old City and most of the places are in walkable distance. The host is very friendly and flexible. Room is clean, toilet is spacious with heating/warm floor. Bed is comfortable and clean.”

“Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Wonderful host and fabulous breakfast. The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the Palace and 10 minutes to a lovely sandy beach, so a perfect location. The kitchen could have provided a few more pieces of kitchen equipment as we tend to self-cater but it didn't spoil our visit. The welcome was warm and friendly and provided lots of information on where to go and what to see including details of walks along the coast. We wouldn't hesitate to……
