Quiet and spacious rooms. Property in good condition. Breakfast selection could be improved: something else to put on pancakes, and offer more than just filtered coffee.

Great location
Large functional hotel in excellent position close to Old Town, the station and an excellent indoor market. The staff were very helpful and it was very quiet so very relaxing. Breakfast was good value at just under €10

Nice neighborhood. Easily accessible by transportation and the main town area is walkable. There is a convenience store just several steps away from the hotel which makes it easy to get personal stuff food water. Breakfast was excellent

First time I have stayed in Go Hotel Shnelli, and it was a pleasant and affordable experience. Well placed for access to all areas of Tallinn. Clean, warm, accessible and with friendly, helpful staff. Recommended.

Recommend, good value for money+parking
Very good location, the old town is on the other side of the road. Also hipsters district Telliskivi and Kalamaja is very close, walking distance everywhere. We had business trip and got free upgrade to big apartments with kitchen. Parking is in front of the house and costs 5 EUR/night. In the city centre, there is difficult to find a hotel with a parking so this is good. We recommend this hotel, good value for money.

Always use this hotel when visiting as convenient for the old town. However there is now a €5 per night charge for parking. Used to be free.

Good value, noisy train station below
The room was clean and the beds comfortable, the location was prefect for our plans. It lacked amenities that would have improved the stay such as a kettle. Our hotel room faced the tracks and the Diesel train engines are left idling for many hours on end in the early morning & evening. Usually not an issue except that the room climate control system wasn't working requiring us to open the window. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and we didn't have a problem finding a seat despite the waves of Bus tour groups using the hotel.

Good Spot—Nice Price
I’m not for sure why this hotel has such a low review rating. The breakfast was incredible and the rooms are very nice and clean. Plus the beds are quite comfy. The rooms do look recently remodeled, so maybe it was not as nice in the past. The city center is only an 8 minute walk from the hotel. The only Feedback is I received a parking ticket, even though the car was in the correct location. The staff corrected the issue. I highly recommend this place.

Our second time in Tallinn, first time in this hotel. We choose this hotel because of perfect location. Old city is very close, next to the train and tram central station, close to ferry, cheap bolt taxi to any location (airport 5-6€). Very quiet hotel (very good isolation from side where are the trains) warm rooms, reception staff very helpful. Just made service not perfect but we fix problem with front desk help.nice stay and perfect time in this beautiful city. Our recommendation for the hotel.

Hotel management needs relationship skills
There were bears shavings in and around the sink. I cleaned. I wrote an email to the manager, but no response. I asked twice at the front desk. After the second cleaning there were still hairs. It’s like asking someone to pick up all the pieces of paper from the floor, but once it it cleaned, there are still a couple of pieces on the floor. The hotel management doesn’t care about the clients. One lovely front desk young woman brought a fruit plate on her own idea. But after, the cleaning was still not done well.

Hotel was in a nice place, large public park on other side of road. Good service, staff was kind and helpful. There was no minibar in the room which surprised us and a nightclub on the other side of th railroad tracks played loud music until 4 am, not nice.

Bad experience.
The room was exactly in front of the train platform and it was very noisy and they refused to change my room to other side and girl at the reception desk was very unfriendly when I asked her for that and she said it’s your fault, you booked the regular room Which it’s not mentioned when I booked the room .... overall it was a very bad night and i will never stay in this hotel again. Also the bathroom wasn’t clean and in bad condition.

Train tation basics
Hotel is the basic train station hotel . It’s clean and great location . Unfortunately, even I asked the young girl at the register to give me the best room possible , in my price range , she shoved me on the side of the train station , and those engines were loud ! The street side also has a gorgeous view . As well be aware of no AC at this hotel . I stayed during the heatwave , and the sleeping was pretty miserable.
