terrible hotel, very dirty and old

the room was very dirty, there was hair in the bed the bathroom was dirty and the blinds were broken bed linen and blanket were unserviceable

Great location and the price is right

The rooms def need updating but it is the Jersey shore so you kind of expect that. I would say it was not terrible and was not the load drunken party hotel I was worried about. There was def room for both family and kids. Although you can def hear the music down stairs it was not like you could not sleep through it

Only positive is that it is on Boardwalk. The comforters were disgusting! They had blood stains and were old. Needs be be remodeled. Even though room was painted after Sandy

Convenient location, right on the boardwalk

Hotel could use a lot of upgrades, staff at check in counter not so friendly, the man at the desk could barely speak English, thankfully there was a woman behind the desk who was able to tell us what he was saying after the third time of me saying excuse me.. It's right on the boardwalk other then that not sure if I would return next year

Not recommend (Dirty)

The rooms floor was dirty, the bathroom floor and tub were dirty. The chairs were stained with a foul smell. Sheets were clean!! Great location but would never stay there again!!

One good thing, location

Choose this hotel only because of the location. Should have been upgraded 10 years ago. Elevator didnt work. Did not inform us about beachpass, HAd to Ask for IT (we read on an earlier review That we HAd to Ask for IT. Noisy with big groups in They early 20's partying all day all night.

TERRIBLE HOTEL DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. Rude staff, dirty rooms, toilet was broken, sink was leaking, and they told us it was a 6 person room but failed to mention there were only two beds and you had to bring your own extra stuff. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Average Hotel, Great Location

Appreciated the location. Right on the boardwalk. The hotel staff definitely needs some costumer service training, not friendly at all. They did not inform us about beach passes or coupons that they had available. We were about to buy a beach pass when the beach employee informed us that the hotel should have beach passes for us. I mean isn't that something that should be mentioned during check in? I guess not. They also said no smoking but our room had a constant stench of cigarettes. Our microwave didn't work. Room was clean however. Pool was also clean. Overall, average. Main complaint is the lack of costumer service.

no hot water. room smelled. that was our second try there and we won't have a third.
