Wifi not strong

We have stayed here before, breakfast hours are short so you can't sleep later or you miss them. Wifi was free but terrible which made traveling with a young child harder as she couldn't stream her shows on our Ipad. Walls are very thin... Could hear conversations early in the morning from next door as well as their tv being on all night.

Toilet was not cleaned. If they sprayed cleaning stuff on it, they didn't wipe it off. Was not enough towels in the room. There was no coffee pot in the room. The tub had hair in it. And it felt like we were getting bite by something. My son found a flea in the room. And when we slept at. Ought we felt like we were getting bit by something. Other than the room the pool was nice and the staff was excellent.

Disgusting.

Filthy rooms; I checked into my room, right of the bat it looked something like a hostel with the lights flickering and worn furniture. It didn't smell all that clean and suspected that housekeeping never really cleaned it. Pulled the covers off my bed and found long hairs in the sheets. The bathroom had one bottle of shampoo and nothing else - no soap. Asked for a new room, staff was automatically on the defensive about everything concerning the room. Got into my new room - no soap there either. Apparently they have an inability to stock soap in a hotel?! The other room looked just as bad but at least smelled a little bit fresher and sheets looked like they were at least changed this time except for the comforter looked absolutely filthy, had to throw it on the floor. I had to return to my old room to retrieve my old bar of soap. Awful experience.

Convenient - Clean Hotel

Locals know where to go!

This Hotel is located close to the beach, shopping and some of the best food the Jersey Shore is known for. The best kept secret is Christopher's Pub...Great Food and great Service! Angel, the bartender was fantastic...quickly remembering our names and what we drank...made us feel like family (or Norm, from Cheers!). Chris was on night watch and did a great job in her absence. The manager is always around making sure all is running well. The only hiccup was that for my first night, the front desk put us in the wrong room, then woke us up frantically saying we had to move...inconvenient, but not a deal breaker...I recommend this Hotel highly and will stay over and over again!

Easy to check in - Very Clean

Pros: clean & easy check in.
Cons: past posted reviews should be removed - this place was absolutely CLEAN!
Location: Was there because of working at a School nearby.
Check in was simple after room assignment asked for 2nd floor was done in 30 seconds. If you went through the hotel without shoes your white socks would still be white - very clean.

We just needed an overnight place to sleep. It is an old motel which has been pleasantly refurbished. Bathroom small and shower head is a negative.
