SEA PALACE

So we had a issue with the room we got. It could have been our fault though because the manager needed 15 mintues to get it ready..and we came back before that so the house cleaner may have rushed. When we went to manager with the problem he was very nice! He insisted we take another room. That room was much larger too. I have yet to stay in a really nice room in Seaside Heights. These rooms have tile floors that look nice and comfortable beds. So as far as im concerned this was the nicest hotel iv stayed in there. Also again manager is very kind.

Pros: Service.
Cons: Cleaning,
Location: Walk o the boardwalk and go to the beach.
It was very good in fact, it was nice and clean had a very good hotel.

Dirty bathroom

Bathroom was disgusting couldn't even shower. Sheets were inside out and stains on the mattress. Door lock broke off. Fridge hard to open.

No like The pool is too small and is in the building behind. The rooms I reserve is supposed to be a king bed and queen bed and they gave me two ful bed. The room don't have kitchen... I really don't like this hotel to come back again 😏😡😠

This hotel was very dirty. Bugs in the room, hair in the shower, it's truly embarrassing how much money we paid to stay here.

Dear Jessica, I am sorry your stay was not pleasent. If you had come to the office with this issue we would address the problems and fixed it. If you were not happy then we would have gladly refunded the money. We check all our rooms prior to guest entering the room. We will take your feedback and improve our inspection and retrain our housekeeping in propert cleaning. I hope your next visit to seaside height is more pleasent. JD

had ants in the room, had to call people to come to the office both on check in and check out, not much parking, definitely not worth a 100 a night

Dear Guest, I am sorry that office was closed but office personal may had to assist the guest and office may have been closed for that reason. Someone is in the office but when somethings are required to step out then we do have to lock the office. We will also look into the ants issue you pointed out. We do have monthly contract for exterminator to come out for preventative care. We will address the issue to our pest tech.

Black mold...

It would have been nicer if there wasn't black mold in the shower. I knew I wouldn't be getting five star experience because, well hello it's Seaside, but black mold? Come on.
