Awesome mattress
I stayed one night as planned, the bed was awesome, so comfortable. Everything was great, but it was very rainy, my shoes were wet and the floor was a little slippery. No harm done, the room was a good size, very comfy.

Disappointed. Wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but this was a lot less then what I expected. First upon arrival( hour early) they already said they sold out of parking and had to pay an extra $20 to park in another lot. Tv would work for 3 minutes then freeze for minutes then work again and continued doing this back and forth . Shower sliding door was broken so floors would get wet when showering. Bed sheets were obviously not changed or washed. Had stains all over them. I’d pay the extra money to stay somewhere else

I checked in and the manager said. I won’t charge you for parking gave me a parking permit, put a bucket with my name on the bucket it stated reserved parking with my name on it. I left to the beach, came back and my parking was taken. And they couldn’t give me my spot back since I left. So apparently u get a spot but if u leave that won’t be your parking anymore. And alllll spots were taken. Horrible horrible. They don’t care if u booked a room them. Parking is for guest and random people in the streets.

This place was the most updated for the price. And they had the least reviews of bed bugs. None, in fact. That being said, there is very minimal parking and if you are lucky enough to get a spot on the property, you arent moving your car. Parking lot next to property was $20/day ($9/day parking and $11/overnight). Watch out because the parking lot attendants (not connected to the hotel) will try and hustle you prices. Be firm with them though and youll be fine. Anyways, no pool on the property. And in the room, while not a major issue, no hooks anywhere. No towel hooks, nowhere to hang any clothing to dry, which we found to be wildly necessary. The “breezeway” is just more of an access space with very little actual space for sitting or hanging out. Room did have small fridge/freezer and microwave. A/C worked great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Water always hot/cold as needed. All outlets worked. Place was clean. Staff was friendly. There were cameras outside if security is an area of concern for you. Just a block and a half from the beach, if that. They have free wifi. Stayed 2 nights, in double king room, no towel service or new sheets or anything like that provided. Check in/out very smooth. Nice hotel as far as no noise, no odd smells and no late night partying. Overall, would recommend unless you prefer a pool and free parking during your stay.

Manager day of 5/28/23 was extremely rude and unprofessional when told our rooms were not prepared upon arrival when it stated on Expedia that it would be ready for 4:00pm. We drove two hours to arrive there at 5:56 for our rooms to be undone and still getting “cleansed” . She was very defensive and I stated I was not going to argue with such behavior!! Multiple people were at the front desk complaining. No soap in the bathroom, no new toilet paper, floor dirty- A young teenager had to get rushed to the ER because the shower door SHATTERED on her upon arriving - Seriously? Get it together.

What a gem!
This place is awesome! So close to the beach and really cute. They’ve redone the rooms and the beds are super comfy. It was clean and the check in person was so friendly! I’d definitely come back.

Filthy! I arrived and there was a pile of dust on the furniture that looked liked had been there for months without being cleaned. Floors needed to be swept. I made housekeeping clean my room at checkin. Bedsheets we’re stained. Had human hair on them. No table or chairs to sit on. No where to hang up clothes or towels. They only provided sheets for the beds, no quilts. It was just horrible. Stay away!!’

Cold showers is not our thing. We my husband told housekeeper that the control is on the furnace not under the sink. We then had one hot shower the next morning. No chairs in the room made it uncomfortable to enjoy a movie. Also no closets for our clothes was a bummer also. Two small draws under the micro was a tight squeeze for anything useful.

The rooms were as pictured and clean. Expect to use the parking lot next to the property (discounted rates- inexpensive). The beach and boardwalk was a 3 min walk - very convenient. Very accommodating in providing a 12 pm checkout due to the inconvenience of no parking available on property and our room wasn’t quite ready after 4 pm. Definitely would return to this property for a short stay in Seaside Heights!

Location was great. Check-in was easy. When we got in the room, we found that there was no hot water. It was reported immediately. After an hour of not hearing anything, i went to inquire about it. I was told that it was fixed and we should have hot water in an hour and a half. We actually did, but it only lasted for half an hour. When i went into the bathroom and shut the door, you could see a build up of sand and dirt in the corner. Upon further inspection, I could see the same thing in all four corners and around the toilet.

Besides having to park (limited parking) and getting stuck having to wait for someone to move their car, so I can leave The place was nice and pictures were just like the room (happy with that) it was clean and cold. (Third floor)

Room was nice, however not as clean as I’d expected. No free parking for guests, had to pay $40 for the night. Noisy, guests and others sitting outside room making a noise.

Parking is stressful. You pay to park, but if you leave, you risk losing your spot. I felt stuck. The room itself was clean, but the area outside the room was a mess. It was eventually cleaned up, but Seaside has turned into one long dive bar and the motel was just another reflection of that. It was really expensive for what we received. The room was tiny. Just overall disappointing. The young man at the front desk was super nice, which was the only redeeming feature. Oh and the bed was comfortable... A step up from a no tell motel.

Seaside Sands is the true depiction of how pictures can lie. We thought we were staying at beautifully redone motel. As soon as we walked in there was visible dirt (literally a leaf, a rock and other debris) right behind the door. The sheets on the bed were damp. The back of the toilet had urine and ugh - a pubic hair. There was also back-of-the-toilet-grossness on the floor. More crap on the floor in all the corners everywhere in the room. Was the cleaning person drunk that day? There is NOT ONE hook in the entire room. Nowhere to hang a hanger or a towel or wet bathing suits. No shelves in the shower for soap or shampoo. When I say nowhere to hang anything I mean NOWHERE. Your wet towels are hanging on the mirror and the fridge (oh, there's a fridge - that's a bonus). No chair, table, desk, place for your bag/suitcase - nada. It's $10 to park your vehicle and there's about 4 places to park and if you leave and lose your space you're SOL. But you still paid for that space. It was really bad. We were three gfs staying one night for a mini beach vacation and not looking for anything fancy but we'll spend more money on a Hampton farther from the beach than ever stay here again!!!

When we first got there before check in, to confirm our booking, no one was in the office. I left my number and they did call us to tell us they would be there at 3 for check in. When we got there at 3. They said the room was not quite ready. We waited about 30 min more for the room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the center lighting did not work. I did let them know and she said thank you for letting them know. I thought maybe it was the lightbulbs but plugs did not work either. The center console did charge devices though. Also, the shower was lukewarm at best. However, we were not planning to hang out in the hotel, we wanted a convenient location to walk to the boardwalk and beach. So, we had a pleasant stay!
