Very good location. Staff person was very helpful and kind. Only stairs, no elevators. Old style building but very nice. Nice view of the river. Close to Chateau Frontenac and restaurants. We woul go back.

Beautiful and inviting setting with welcoming staff. Facilities well set up for families. We had an amazing stay.

Staff was so kind and professional! Hotel is dated ( make sure you ask for a renovated room). Got a non renovated room for the first night. Looked like an old motel room in basement. The next day I asked if other rooms were available ( there were for a fee). New room was modern and well equipped however it smelled weird. The whole hotel smell like cheap air freshener, and it was very annoying. Both rooms's heating units were extremely noisy. Good amenities, Nespresso machine ( only one capsule though), many glasses (wine, bubbly, beer) to use, nail and sewing kit etc. Restaurant was okay. A little overrated.

Room was clean, staff was excellent! Breakfast was great! We had very good experience here!
