Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. Pool and hot tub water seemed clean but the floor of both looked to be in poor condition and the hot tub jets were pretty weak.

The front desk worker was by himself when we checked in. Our keys didn’t work and he came to the third floor and delivered another set to us. He was a hard worker and very nice. It was a busy weekend and the hotel was full.

Good stay
The rooms were huge and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were a little flat and the blankets were thin. But the room was toasty warm so that ended up being ok. Breakfast had good options and was hot and refilled regularly. A little confused as to why the cappuccino machine was only open mon-fri for certain hours but was sitting right next to the breakfast coffee pots. In all it was a good stay and i would definitely come again.

This is the best hotel in the Boardman area -- I've tried several. I stayed in a room with a King bed and the room was spacious and modern. The building was quiet, clean and updated. The staff was very kind. I'll be staying at this hotel for all future visits to the area. Thank you.

The bathroom had no heat. The room itself was fine…good bed, clean. But I was feeling ill with a head cold and a cool bathroom is a deal breaker. The young man who checked us in was great…good sense of humor and very accommodating.

Great Place to Stay!
This is my go-to hotel when I'm in the Youngstown area. I've stayed there at least 4 different times and it's consistently a great place to stay ... very clean, with friendly and efficient staff. It has pleasant modern rooms and it's located in a nice area. The price is very reasonable for what you get and in comparison to other hotels in the area.
