This beautiful second floor apartment is in the Pollentia Mar block, just two minutes´ from the sea in Puerto Pollensa



There is a charming terrace with a table and chairs for two, which overlooks the communal pool, and characterful apartments. There is even a cheeky view of the sea!



Step inside and the apartment is light, airy and in pristine condition. The kitchen is fully equipped and the well-designed sitting room/dining area is open plan. The sofa is a comfortable place to chill out and enjoy a film on the Smart TV after a busy day at the beach or by the pool.



There are two bedrooms. The delightful double bedroom has two wardrobes, a real plus if your partner is less tidy than you! It has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and a shower.



Bedroom number two is versatile, with a single bed and a second pull-out single. There is also enough space for a travel cot, so it could be used for an adult, a child, a baby, or perhaps as a quiet space to read or work. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.



Pollentia Mar is a very clean and secure apartment block - it has a locked central entrance as well as a second locked entrance to each block. There are lifts as well as stairs to the second floor.



The communal area is extremely well maintained, with a lovely pool and outdoor shower. There are 40 apartments in total so it is large enough to meet new people, whilst being a peaceful place for you to enjoy your holiday



Pollentia Mar is a stone´s throw from excellent restaurants and bars, and street parking is available, although a car is not essential.



This is the perfect choice for a couple travelling, or a small family
