Excellent staff and great locationPosted Sep 30, 2016
We had a wonderful stay here. When we arrived we were immediately offered an upgrade to a room with a sea view and a terrace. The room was great in size and the terrace that overlooked the beach was fabulous. Highly recommend

This was our second stay at The Galeon . It's a great location , right on the beach . Friendly, helpful staff and rooms very clean . We love Puerto Pollensa as a resort so will probably stay again !

Nice hotel, great locationPosted Dec 11, 2015 on Hotels
Lovely winter break to see family in Puerto Pollensa. The hotel was really nicely presented and the staff friendly. A small thing would have made the stay even better with these being a heated towel rail (it was winter!) to dry towels. Other than that it was great and we would happily stay there again.

Beautiful view over the bayPosted Nov 22, 2015
Traditional, excellent hotel. Rooftop Spa and fitness area is amazing and rooms are spacious with views over the bay which are first class. Great staff, fully recommend!

Small, friendly hotel but with great facilitiesPosted Nov 2, 2015 on Hotels
For a small hotel this place has a lot to offer: restaurant, rooms with kitchen, beachfront location, courtyard pool ( which was great on the windy days we had )spa, free bikes (great for cycling into town or further afield), kayak, bike cleaning facilities. But mostly super friendly and helpful staff.

Great hotel for familiesPosted Nov 1, 2015
Location: Great beach opposite, pleasant walk along prom to centre dotted with play areas, bus stop outside of hotel with regular service.
We have just returned from a week at Galeon Suites with our 3 young children (under 9) and had a fantastic week. As other reviewers have commented the staff are so friendly and welcoming even at the end of the summer season nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile. The 3 bedroom apartment we had was ideal for our family, plenty of space for us all, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and the showers were great - lots of power and hot water! Food in the hotel was of a good standard, the breakfast buffet was varied every day, plentiful and fresh. We ate in the restaraunt on some evenings and found the specials recommended by Senor Eduardo excellent. Galeon Suites was a brilliant option for us with the facilities of self catering ( washing machine with small children most welcome!) and convenience of a hotel.

Great Location, Great ServicePosted Sep 28, 2015 on Hotels
We had a great stay at the Galeon Suites. It is a nice boutique hotel with a perfect location only a few steps from a fantastic stretch of beach. For being a small hotel, it has a lot of amenities including a nice pool, spa area, bikes for use by guests, and an excellent restaurant. The views from the roof terrace and sea view rooms cannot be beat. After a slight snag upon initially checking in, they really took care of us and made sure that everything with our stay was excellent. The service, particularly by Maria Teresa, was among the best we have experienced at any hotel. It is clear that this is a family-owned and run hotel because they treat guests like family. We would suggest contacting the hotel directly with any requests or questions. Because this is a smaller aparthotel, some of the rooms vary so we would recommend contacting the hotel for any specific room requests. From the hotel, you can walk across the street to the beach. You also are about a 10 minute walk from the main strip of restaurants and shops in Port de Pollenca, but the location is in a nice quiet spot that allowed us to really relax. In summary, this hotel has outstanding service and is in a perfect location. We definitely would return to this hotel.

Galeon Suites ReviewPosted May 18, 2015
Pros: Location & being Suite type Hotel
Cons: Acceleration of upgrading of facilities, i.e. Decor, repair of non-operating shutters, shower in baths are good but very difficult to access.
Location: Llenaire is a fair distance from the main port of Puerto Pollensa (2km nice walk on cooler days or the evening) upside is the Beach is across the road
This is a Nice Hotel acquired by new owners about 4 years ago and has 14 Suites (not rooms) which include Cooking & Washing Facilities, Pool, Fitness & Restaurant in the facility and the Beach is across the road. The Bus Stop outside the front door. The Hotel has been here a long time and is being slowly upgraded constantly, the staff are exceptionally helpful & friendly, the food is excellent. Great for that relaxing family get away.

Exactly the sort of hotel we had hoped forPosted Oct 17, 2014
Pros: The facilities and kind and helpful staff.
Cons: Not a lot
Location: The hotel was a little bit further from Porto Pollenca centre than we thought it would be but it was lovely and quiet and only about a mile to walk to
All staff at the hotel were as thoughtful and helpful as they possibly could have been. We had a wonderful time enjoying the nearby beach and hotel facilities. The bus service on the doorstep was most efficient and took us to all the areas that we wanted to visit. We can't say that there is anything to fault this hotel.
