No hot water, no water pressure

There was no hot water, and the water pressure for the shower was zero. Trickles of water. The shower itself felt grungy and not very clean. The pillows were terrible - hard and lumpy. The location was great for our needs, but that was the only positive.

They must have operated the shower handle incorrectly. They should have called the office for any help. Even, while leaving in the morning no one informed. Always ready to help. Thanks

Horrible

Room appeared to be clean until I went into the bathroom, toilet was dirty towels had stains didn't even use both rooms one holes in the bathroom wall and missing tile... Want my money back

Some kids pulled the roller frame the previous night and it was nicely covered with sticking paper till it was repaired, they pulled the paper. Same way soap holder was broken by kids climbing on that. We always supply clean towels. Guests booked 2 rooms on the same day arrival booking and around 9 PM they told me that one person was not willing to sleep alone and they need only one room with 2 beds which was quite big. We had blocked the bookings and I polity told them that it is too late as I have been returning customers as we were sold out. They agreed to that and told me nicely that it is okay. Next day morning they left and never mentioned any problems. I do not know why this comment has been posted.

Great Location, OK Hotel

Basic accommodations. On the plus side, the room was large and included a sleeper sofa, a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Bed was very flat and mattress was older model. Decor is older, 80's-esque.The locations is wonderful, near wineries, Apple Hill, small town diners, and beautiful scenery.

Quiet enough and close enough!

A basic independent hotel en route to Tahoe. We appreciated the friendly staff and attention to cleanliness in the room. Not luxurious, but pretty good for the price.

Not the best

The toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The pillows completely flat, and the heater didn’t work that well. By no fault of theirs, bring ear plugs, Hwy 50 is behind them, very noisy.

Unfinished bathroom

This was our second time at this hotel and this room was terrible!!! The bathroom was a construction zone and was being turned into a handicapped area. But it was not completed and it was not acceptable for guests! Also the toilet stopped working. And a mirror was not cleaned and the carpet was stained. There were pesky flies all day and night. Overall the room was disgusting! Don't go in Room 101. When we reported the condition to the front desk/owner, he just shrugged and said it was not complete when he bought it and his contractor left before it was done. No apology, no discount etc. So we will NOT be coming back to this hotel! That room should not have been open for customers .

It was the second time I have stayed here...nothing fancy...needs new bedding and some TLC...But good location!
