I Would Stay Here Again
Overall, it is a very nice, modern, clean facility. The grounds are clean and very well kept. The room was very spacious. My only complaint is that there were a lot of issues with my room card. There was an electrical system issue that they could not seem to fix completely. As a result, I had to visit the front desk several times or wait for service personnel to visit my room to attempt to remedy the issues. I will say that the staff were very quick to respond every time. This is the only negative thing I have to say about my visit. I would stay here again.

Great location. The property was renovated and it’s roomy and modern. The staff is great. We used the spa on daily basis - everyone did a fantastic job except for Martin. He was too rough and rushed and felt like he didn’t have a formal training. Three of us had similar experiences with him.

Good location, disappointing stay
Reception service was disappointing, some of the receptionists were ok, but most were just unfriendly. I know this because I had to use reception at least 7 times, my key card was not working frequently and needed replacement at least 6 times in the course of 2 days. I did not hear an apology from the staff, neither they made any attempt to compensate the discomfort this caused me. The room was smelly when I first entered, with old furniture, and a kettle with instant coffee, which is not the standard of a 5 star hotel. On a positive note, sheets were clean and new, towels were good, as well. Breakfast was ok, food was good, fresh fruit plus basics. Coffee was instant and served in pots, so ordering espresso will cost extra. This was disappointing, again, not what one should expect at 5 star hotel. Location is good, pool was ok, spa nothing special. A therapist refused to wear a mask during a massage. Hotel guests wore masks randomly, stuff would not ask them to put on a mask while indoors. Overall, hotel stay was ok, but I would not stay there again. The hotel is marketed as high- end, but in reality, is far from a high-end standard.

The hotel does not provide very basic things. For example, toothpaste, toothbrush, face towel. Kettle , Ironing equipment is not provided neither . The restaurant food is delicious, the front desk service is also good, but will not stay again.

Nice location, directly on the beach, with a very good spa area. Two bad points: no free access to the gym (?!?) and the breakfast: tasty but still the variety and quality should improve and the most important, coffee!!! It was the worst coffee I had - the good part is that you can pay for a good espresso.

Our stay here was way too short. If we’d known in advance what a lovely hotel this is and had more time we’d have extended our stay. The room we had was comfortable and spacious. If in Bulgaria again I would certainly stay here again! The breakfast buffet is varied and tasty. Having free parking was lovely and the lift was essential.

Little things make a difference
The hotel is beautiful,This is a luxurious hotel, decorated with unique items. The staff are courteous, and the room is spacious, clean and comfartable. But we were surprised that in a five-star hotel there were no bottles of water in the room,.The breakfast was good and again managed to surprise us, for Capuccino we had to pay!! .

We came to Burgas for two days and it has been one of the best stays! The hotel is beautiful and clean with elegant designs and wonderful staff who take care of you and treat you well. Probably the best hotel in Burgas
The hotel is ideally located right next to the beach and the Sea Garden, and within walking distance of some excellent restaurants and the main shopping district. Which is pretty much all you want in Burgas! Service was excellent, and the meals I ate in the hotel were also fine. I really couldn't fault it.
