Clean room, but it smelled like smoke (was a non-smoking room). The hallways and rest of the hotel were really scary and we were ready to just sleep in our car instead until we got to our room. It's basically a truck stop.

The front desk is horrible no personality no welco

The front desk is horrible they have no personality they don't welcome you they are hard to deal with they give you a very cold experience

I couldnt even check in, it was 10pm the lobby was closed, receptionist at window said couldnt check me in because she had to count the money in the draw which took her 20 mins as I waited outside with my pregnt wife who had to use the bathroom. Once the receptionist was done she attended me with attitude as if I was bothering her, so we left to another hotel.

Spring break miami

Took way too long to check in . Almost had to wait an hour! The guy at the front desk has no clue what he is doing and barely speaks English. The room was very clean , however the area is very ghetto and the hotel appearance is absolutely atrocious.
