We stay here often when visiting our family, always great customer service. The free breakfast is good. Staff is always friendly and tend to recall personal details about us making us feel more like friends than customers.

Our first room had black mold in the corners of the bathtub. We got another room and it was not only worse but way more unsanitary. Also black mold in the corners of the tub. What looked like male semen on the headboard. Numerous stains on the walls and curtains. When the manager was told and showed pictures of they pushed it off like it was normal. Will never stay in or recommend the comfort Inn in Ponca City again

I rented a room at this hotel because the site stated there was a hot tub. They may have one, but it was conveniently "closed for maintenance". Who knows if it's ever actually open. So if you're wanting to rent a room, looking for a soak in the hot tub, might want to check first.

Weekend getaway.
Just a weekend getaway. We usually stay here when in town. Always pleasant. Hotel just seemed a little musty this trip. Might be time some new carpet.

We always stay here when we visit Ponca city. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. And everything works!

didn't get a first floor and bunch of kids plays in a room close enough to bother me. I was 10:30-11:00 that night and it sounded like bangging on walls, jumping off the bed. Asked for military discount and the front desk said you paid through Expedita.

We checked in, went to our room. Ottoman with chair in room had huge stain on it. Looked like either an animal or guest had pee'd on it. Room smelled like stale urine. Went to desk, showed picture of furniture with stain, requested different room. It was slightly cleaner. Shower had mold all around the tub/wall. Carpet was dirty. Would not stay there again or recommend it to others.
