Quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay

Needed to check in early and it was no problem. The young and friendly staff were very helpful and they did an excellent job. Will probably stay there again.

Rundown, unsafe feeling, poor night staff

Pros: At least it had an outdoor pool.
Never have I experienced such an absolutely poor stay as this one. This is my second year to stay at this hotel for a nearby event. They have supposedly been "under construction" since for at least a year now and they clearly haven't made any progress in the last year (literally large rolls of carpet sitting outside in the same place they were last year). Tried to get towels from the desk staff and they were out, so she asked us to walk to the other side of the hotel complex and wait for her at housekeeping and we waited so long we just left. The worst part of this stay was the unsafe feeling caused by the hoards of questionable looking men standing around and walking around the complex around 12am-3am (not even including those throughout the day). I should also mention being woken up in the middle of the night numerous times to what sounds nothing short of a family reunion outside my door. This hotel seems like it is on the brink of being shut down and/or being the safehaven for loitering and for drug deals to go down. This hotel is my only experience with the Choice Hotels brand, and if it is representative of the brand in the least I will continue to exclude it from my future travels and stick with IHG.

Dear Guest, I do apologize for your recent stay at Quality Inn. Yes, we have been remodeling for sometime now as this is a large hotel and sometimes issues do arise so it take longer than expected. We do hope to have it completed shortly. Concerning our guests, we have many construction companies that do have their employees stay with us and we are extremely happy about serving them. We have lights around the hotel to protect our guests and also a security company that drives thru our parking area continually throughout the night. We also have a front desk employee who is available at anytime if you have an issue. I am sorry that you were inconvenienced during the night. If you had contacted the front desk, we could have taken care of the situation for you. Again, I do apologize that your stay with us was not what you expected. the air conditioner was noisy but kept the room very cool. the breakfast was good and plentiful. housekeeping staff was very accommodating and friendly as were the front desk people. My daughter and I have to have a disabled persons room s my daughter is unable to walk without assistance. The room provided had all we needed.

Good little hotel, not that fancy but good for the price. The bar was a bit loud in the late hours though, but not unbearable.

Great Place to stay

Pros: Location - price - very pleasant and comfortable
Cons: Had no complaints
Location: We were in town for a wedding, so didn't do any tourist things. The hotel is very well-located with many restaurants and shopping around it.
Greeted by a very friendly desk - attractive lobby. She offered us a handicap room instead of the one assigned - we didn't even ask. The room was clean and well-appointed. The bed was great. And the breakfast buffet was excellent - hot and cold food - clean and tasty.

Clean and economical

This place isn't fancy but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was courteous and responsive.

Not the Quality I expected from this hotel chain.

I guess I didn't look at the rating before I booked this room. This is a very old hotel, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great Staff but not safe for kids

Pros: The staff was wonderful.
Cons: The building inspector needs to do a safety inspection.
The staff could not have been kinder. As a disabled traveler that means a great deal. The building had some nice amenities but there were unshielded electrical outlets. They had wrapped them with insulation but not put the plastic box housing on them and they were a real threat to a child's safety.

Stopped just for the night Front desk clerk was not friendly at all.room was run down.wi fi was horrible.would not recommend.
