“Our recent stay was awesome friendly staff that welcomed us in and out I just wish they had some breakfast but we did have a kitchenette to use nice place to stay will stay again 😊”

“The place is poorly kept, the rooms are dirty, the sheets are stained, the bathrooms are old and stained, and the tile repair looked like a kid did it with brown grout. I even found a live roach and a dead one. I booked it for two nights but left the next day. I got a refund for the second night, but when I told the front desk person about all of this, he just said the roaches weren't roaches, they were "bugs"? I definitely don't recommend this place.”

“The check IN took a little longer than expected, had to ring a door bell at the front desk, a sign stated that they stepped away to assist another department. Took about 10 minutes before they reappeared. Once they got started the check-in process went well. on the way to the elevator, a family just got out of the pool, the hallway and elevator was full of water. No wet floor signs to be found. The room was clean. The bed was excellent. Good shower as well. The breakfast was hot but limited.……

“That old lady is a cheapskate, I arrived at 11pm after driving 7 hrs all food places are closed so I asked for a granola bar for the morning breakfast and she flatout said NO”

“We stayed on the Northside, it was a little dated but still a nice. We were only in the room to sleep. The staff was a amazing very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the beach and the pool. We had a great time.”

“Great location parking was a little challenging”

“It's a newer Tru and very nice property. Right beside Topsail Hill and there's a Donut Hole right down the sidewalk. You can tell the staff really cares and takes a lot of pride in the property. The Wednesday night reception was something I'd never experienced before at a smaller hotel. The king rooms are great for two people. If you have more than two, then you'll need a larger room.”
