Dear,Thank you for this review after staying at the Mercure Rouen Center Cathedrale hotel.We regret your dissatisfaction with the sometimes tight parking lot.We would like to push the walls but in vain :). Our customers have bigger and bigger cars and this requires more maneuvering than in any other car park.We assume the fact of being located in a very old district of Rouen, at the foot of the cathedral.I assure you thant BMX X5 did not exist when hotel was built in 1950's.It is possible to park 5 minutes from the hotel in a more expensive public car park, but we are convinced that our customers prefer to be in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.However, we hope to see you again if the opportunity arises.NicolasDirecteur Hôtel Mercure Rouen centre cathédrale
