Facts during our stay: - AC made very loud banging sound in our room and we had to move late in the evening to another room - yoga class which was publicized in the elevator was cancelled without notice. I arranged my plans around this and ended up wasting my morning due to this. - breakfast spread was quite nice and the dining room staffs were friendly and helpful.

Hotel rooms are worth the money but the hotel itself is a tourist trap, the restaurant is overpriced and the food quality isn’t up to snuff. They make you buy swimming caps to use the pool. 9 euros a day for parking. The bike rentals are very expensive. Even the soap in the shower seemed watered down. The sauna was not hot enough, warm at best, the hot tub literally had cold water coming out of the jets, and the Turkish bath was so stinky.

I really love this hotel. The staff are all so friendly. The location is awesome. Sauna, indoor pool and gym was a plus.

It's a lovely hotel in a good location. We booked the executive double room and it was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The hotel was very clean and we loved the outdoor pool. Staff were helpful and for the most part very friendly. We got excellent service from Miguel at the bar! The only complaint would be the 5 EU per person charge for room service. I don't know any other hotel that does this. We only used it a couple of times for breakfast which arrived stone cold and inedible. Nobody wants to eat cold bacon and eggs. I did complain to the front desk but no effort was made to compensate or refund the charges.

Excellent surprise for a property we picked at random for a layover in Sao Miguel/PDL. We fit in a tour and still got to enjoy brunch at Koi. Would highly recommend for longer stays, very reasonable price for suites and rooms while offering high-end amenities and fantastic service!

Hôtel bien mais restaurant médiocre
Hôtel très bien, parking payant: 9€ par jour très pratique car impossible de laisser la voiture dans la rue. Par contre le restaurant n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles, tout juste digne d’un restaurant d’entreprise. Petits déjeuners répétitifs et très bruyant à cause du roulis permanent des chariots qu’utilise le personnel pour desservir les tables. Allez plutôt en ville ou vous mangerez nettement mieux et pour moins cher. Toutefois je recommande l’hôtel pour la partie chambre et piscine/spa

Had a great stay. Great breakfast. We could get cool air out of the ac and so tried to keep the window open. But being so close to airport we had to keep windows closed. Thankfully the windows were sound proof. But closing them didn’t help with keeping the room cool with now ac. Still 5/5 for the hotel. We only stayed one night so not complaining.

Personne à la réception ne connaissait un seul mot de français. A peine de l'anglais "scolaire " pour la plupart. Nettoyage des chambres expédié en 5 minutes, souvent après 16 heures. Vaste parking payant. Mesquinerie suprême : machine Nespresso dans la chambre. Utilisation facturée 1,5 euro la capsule au check out. Et si je veux boire un thé ? Service du bar à la hauteur.

I love the feel of staying at this property. Guest can experience private space throughout the hotel. I love that the property has a restaurant, hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool, gym, and a sauna. I love the rooms having a balony overlooking a well kept garden even the birds come to visit. The hotel has easy access to centro, restaurants and waterfront within walking distance.

The inside was updated and nicer than expected. Bring a bathing cap or buy one there for 3€. They require it
