"Unfriendly staff"

"Two thumbs up! This Supper 8 has renewed by confidence that this brand is not just a former cheap night's sleep with many problems. Rather the bed was excellent (the most important aspect of a night's sleep. The bathroom had handles to enable us to climb in and out to the tub safely. This is something that the Super Hyatt Resort in Scottsdale AZ that we stayed at just a week earlier did not have. I liked the real coffee pot that enables me to brew my own coffee (yes I bring my own hazelnut or Ethiopian with me which requires a filter. Overall, it was an excellent room. There were two chairs to sit in which for us is essential. I suggest that the proprietors add oatmeal packets so that one may choose to eat something hot to eat in the morning rather than only cold cereal."

"The breakfast was okay. Offered a variety of breakfast food. Coffee was very good, scrambled eggs not so much. Room was spacious and clean. The air conditioner worked perfectly. Staff very friendly."

"Check in staff was very kind. Only stayed one night and the cleaning crew was on top of cleaning rooms in the morning. Very happy with my stay"

"Was pet friendly but charged more per pet than advertised, cash only. Linens might have been clean but were so stained and dingy, it was had to tell - replace or use some bleach every so often. Continental breakfast advertised was cereal/milk, coffee, oj and one pack of blueberry muffins - do a pack and go breakfast if you don’t want to serve food. Or don’t advertise you serve a continental breakfast. "

"We had to switch rooms because the air conditioner stopped working. The next room did not have a microwave. The clerk brought one and had to sit it on our table. There was a huge amount of white powdery substance on the bathtub and door handle. The bed was hard as a rock."
