“I was spoken to very rudely when I rang to tell him we were at the house. He answered the phone with, "What do you want?" When I said who it was and I was at the house he seemed confused about the fact I'd even booked and blamed the confusing app for the issues, as well as the fact he gets lots of nuisance spam calls.
