It’s not the staff that had attitude. It’s the staff’s duty to let know about the requirements to the guests. That doesn’t mean that staff has attitude. More over you did not paid when you checked in at our hotel. You pre paid your stay prior to check in to Expedia. If you would have paid at hotel then staff would have notified you the requirements prior to your payment or checking in. This doesn’t mean that staff has attitude. This should clear up your doubts.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking your precious time for writing a review for our hotel. Also you mentioned that liked our beds and shower as well as the room was not ventilated. In most of the hotels, there is no way you can open the windows for ventilation due to the some specific reasons. Most common reasons are Safety, Security and Legal liabilities. That’s why the PTAC are provided to ventilate the hotel.
