There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. "WOW! The villa was even better than in photos. We did not speak the same language as the hosts, but they did absolutely everything they could to make our stay perfect! We hosted our wedding here with 21 people, including ourselves. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The venue, food, vendors, etc. were just wonderful.
