Dirty bedsheets Not changed from previous guest

This is a good hotel. It's located in a nice location. It's on a small hill right above Old Town Sarajevo, making it a pleasant and easy walk down to many restaurants and interesting places. My room was fine. Clean and comfortable, but small. I really liked the soaps and shower products in the bathroom. They smelled incredible. My only real complaint is that a sensor of some kind was constantly blinking on the ceiling above my bed. It wasn't indicating trouble, it just blinked with a small bright flash every few seconds. It was annoying and it's hard to believe that anyone would install such a thing in a bedroom. Overall, this was a decent hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, simple breakfast. Super comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Only thing to note is the seriously steep road leading up to the hotel. Definitely recommend.

It would be nice to offer few vegetables during breakfast, otherwise, great, modern, quiet hotel with a cheerful staff.

Enna the receptionist was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me find a taxi when it was surprisingly difficult to get one, and she stayed on it until everything was sorted. Warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful service like this makes a huge difference. Highly recommended.
