Great Hotel, Love the Escalator
Great Hotel in a great location, with the sea and local resort amenities close to hand. There's around 30 steps to access the hotel reception or an escalator for those that aren't or those with heavy baggage, On the plus side, from arrival the staff are courteous, and very helpful. The hotel is clean, the room was spacious and the and the bathroom bigger than some of the other hotels in close proximity. The pools are a nice size (1 adult and 1 children's pool) and look very clean, if one wanted something different to the nearby beach. Food at the hotel was of a good standard even if it is all buffet style, and is also on a par with other hotels in the same proximity. Whether you're half board or all inclusive the beer/ red and white wine is complementary in the restaurant, One of the 2 negative point are, a) once one has negotiated reception, you have to either access a small flight of stair to get to the lift for one section of the hotel, or a tall flight of stairs to access the other lift for the main part of the hotel. b) if you are in part of the B section of the hotel or the C section on the second floor, one has to take the small flight of steps to get to the lift. as previously described. However even though there are 2 floors you'll only be able to access your room by going to floor 1 and then negotiating another set of stairs.

Excellent service and all staff very obliging, helpful and informative. Very near to beach. Nice views. Only one problem, buffet meals, very selective , with variety of foods, BUT the "hot " food section could and should have been hotter.

Beetje gedateerd hotel. Wij zijn er 1 nacht geweest. Echt z’n massa-hotel, zet er zoveel mogelijk mensen in hotel. Parkeren bij het hotel kon ook niet fatsoenlijk, 1 chaotisch parkeerplek, auto’s werden midden op de weg gezet, want er was te kort plek. Persoonlijk zou ik hier geen vakantie vieren, gewoon oud hotel, met nog tapijt op de vloer en bruine tegels in de badkamer. Ontbijt was ook niet onze stijl.

Auf der Terrasse war die Bedienung sehr schwach. Wir mussten uns die Getränke selbst holen wären die Kellner mit dem Handy beschäftigt waren.

Das Hotel ist zwar alt eingerichtet insbesondere das Badezimmer aber dafür sehr sauber Das Essen (wir hatten Halbpension) war hervorragend Etwas enttäuschend war dass wir Meerblick gebucht hatten aber ein Parkblick Zimmer bekommen haben Die Parkplätze sind zu wenig wenn man nach 18 Uhr zurück zum Hotel kam musste man schon lange nach einem Platz suchen und sich letztendlich irgendwo dazwischen stellen Die Informationen bezüglich der Corona Testmöglichkeiten gab es auch nur auf Anfrage dies sollte meiner Meinung nach gleich bei Ankunft erwähnt werden dass hätte uns nämlich sehr viel Zeit und Ärger erspart Trotz alledem fanden wir es einen schönen Aufenthalt da auch das Hotel sehr strandnah ist

Von aussen und die lobby ist mehr als 3 Sterne wert. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wirklich in strandnähe wie beschrieben. einzig der Balkon ist etwas klein fur 3 personen. Es waren auch nur 2 Sessel am Balkon. Ansonst einfacb alles perfekt. Nächstes Jahr wahrscheinkich wieder für 50 euro pro nacht und pro person.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Betten waren sauber. Leider war beim Klimagerät aufgrund der Verkleidung Schimmel. Das Personal hat gleich nach der Beanstandung mit Chlor geputzt. Ein Zimmerwechsel war auch möglich. Wir haben dadurch aber bevorzugt das Klimagerät nicht mehr aufzudrehen. Das Mobiliar ist funktional, aber altmodisch. Das Buffet war in der Früh und am Abend vielfältig und gut. Hervorheben möchte ich auch, dass meine Familie alles gegessen hat und keinerlei Verdauungsprobleme aufgetreten sind. Das zeichnet von hohem Hygienestandard. Das Schwimmbad war sauber und angenehm zum Schwimmen. Auch das Meer war auf Laufabstand. Bootsausflüge waren von der Bucht aus möglich.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni fine agosto 2018, e tutto sommato devo dire che l'hotel si presenta bene, una bella hall , il ceck in veloce dove ti spiegano tutto la camera era pulita e fresca con l'aria condizionata già accesa, la camera è gradevole il letto king size non come il bagno che è piccolissimo, devi fare lo slalom con il water per entrare ed uscire dalla doccia , la camera non l'hanno mai pulita sono passati due volte a cambiare gli asciugamani e sistemare un po, ma niente pulizie, il personale ci ha detto che non facevano questo servizio sempre, ma solo ogni tre giorni. Il ristorante ottimo nelle colazioni un pò meno alla cena in quanto i cibi non erano all'altezza, comunque qualcosa si trovava sempre da mangiare perchè la scelta era vasta, Tirando le somme il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono e ci si può adattare per 4 giorni , se fossero di più diventerebbe un problema.

Agradable estadia.
El hotel esta bien , el servicio corresponde a un 3 estrellas tal como lo es. Nos alojamos 3 noches en el mes de junio ,el buffet podria mejorar bastante. Muchos platos reiterados, durante los 3 dias. Nos costaba un poco elegir que comer, a pesar de que somos muy buenos comensales.
