Had a problem, but maintenance and receptionist corrected it. Was disappointed when I checked out early that I had to pay for the entire stay time. The area was under a flash flood warning and a tornado warning and the area that we had to travel to get home was affected by the tropical storm also so we departed early. There was a notice posted by the newspaper's that they would be understanding and accommodating about early checkout but it didn't happen.

We fully understand how the full payment would be upsetting, however that is an Expedia policy when booking through their channel. Reservations booked with the property directly we have the discretion to cancelled at any time prior to 6pm or before check-out if in-house without penalty. As the news indicated that there was a potiential tropical storm heading toward our area we put the notice for guest safety as well as knowledge for preparation purposes,

Not the best Holiday Inn Express

A/C does not work well at all in the room. The hotel itself was nice and very clean. Beds are not comfortable and the sheets felt like they were fairly old. The breakfast in the AM was pretty decent, food coffee.

Tina, Thanks for the feedback all the mentioned issues will be addressed and corrected. I presently have maintenance cleaning all AC's and servicing them for optimal performance.
