Hotel was dumpy, run down and the beds were very uncomfortable. They advertise free breakfast but it was a very limited selection and even the coffee was bad. There isn't much of a selection for motels when you get off the COHO ferry but I'd stay away from this one in the future.

Hotel is pretty outdated, carpet wasn't really clean but the rest of the room was decent. However the staff was really nice and very helpful.

Bad experience.

First room had broken toilet,bad TV, and found last person's wet wash cloth and used towel in bathroom.No comment from anyone what they were going to do about it.Got nice room second day. Always you got your room online. I had to leave a day early. Same thing you prepaid so it is Expedia you need to deal with. If have traveled extensively and can't remember a worse experience.

Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. The facility is old, wifi is not reliable, room is not well cleaned.

Convenient location for our stay

Cons: The clerk could be trained to to ask the person that the room reservation and who is paying for the room the reservation details.
Location: National Park, waterfront, shops and restaurants.
Upon checking in, the desk clerk asked who's name the reservation was in. After telling her my name, she asked everyone except me if the reservation details were correct after she recited them. They just stood there puzzled. Upon settling in the room, there were several spiders in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. Otherwise parking, room comfort, toiletries and quietness were good.

The hotel need an over all cleaning and refreshing. And no Dogs should be allowed in side the rooms.
