Guests fail to understand that we are a nature resort surrounded by natural elements. We offer mo apologies for the absence of televisions and marble floors nor chandeliers. Naturally in the fall leaves do fall to the ground extremely windy nights and days willScatter leaves. Every day the lawns are cut and leaves raked. Rain prevent outside work somewhat. Let’s be reasonable wow

Door issues result from many unforeseen occurrences. Loose hinges and moisture causing swelling and contraction of wood. Repairs is a constant issue in heavily used situations. A simple report to the front desk would suffice to make repairs. You were advised that irons left in rooms for guest comfort was discontinued due to their disappearances. You were informed that all irons were loaned to other guests in other rooms. Sorry you weren’t more understanding

We’ve responded with thank you. Unfortunately bad road conditions are out of our control we however appreciate the infrastructure repairs which is overdue. Our boutique hotel was designed to be minimalist in natire encouraging rest relaxation and rejuvenation. The captivating allure of the sea and the rich vegetation that surround is our mantra. Having no televisions in the room was purposely omitted to allow our guests to not be distracted by the outside world. We encourage you to bind with your partner, child or whomever is with you rather than being encompassed with negativity. Please try to relax and enjoy life
