It is a shocking of a 1 rating as during your stay, our team went above and beyond to provide you with utensils needed for your king kitchenette as well as provide items upon request. In addition, while here when asked how everything was going, it was mentioned, "all is good". If such issues were present during your stay, then they should have been addressed while on site as our team will accommodate issues within our control. All in all, Thanks for staying with us.

Hi Albert, Thank you for your review. To make things clear, the pool was opened. If it was locked, our team would be more than happy to open it if needed before hours. We do not allow golf carts on our busiest day in which, again during your stay, other guests also had golf carts as they asked our team. Thanks for staying with us.

Hi Daniel, Thanks for your feedback. Your room type was a basic king, which has a walk-in shower and sink outside. If you wanted sink in the bathroom, that is available as well as dresser for your stuff-at a higher cost.
