Spacious and clean unit with modern fittings, separate bedroom, well equipped kitchen with dining area, plus lounge. The shabby outside did not match the attracitvie inside. It is a delightful small port area, but is being over run by rabbits, thus droppinigs everywhere you walk.

Pros: Nice place, walkable to town, fridge and kettle, espresso pod coffee maker, satellite TV. Cons: Check in window from 2-6pm is a bit tight, but they'll work out a late check in with you. Nine or ten long dark hairs in a corner in the bathroom, otherwise was clean. Could hear neighboring guests and also socializing from the central bbq/ picnic in the yard in front of the units. Needed ear plugs most nights.

We stayed in a Studio. Basic accommodation. Quiet location but bring your ear plugs. The walls are thin. I could hear our neighbour snoring! The floors are timber so you can hear every footstep if your neighbour is inconsiderate. Easy walk to shops.

Tiny cabin with only tea and coffee facilities. No microwave and no information about where to cook. Luckily we had provisions for salad dinner.

Good location near river area but also an easy walk into the small downtown area for restaurants, groceries, etc. Cabin was comfortable, but has minimal dishes, etc.

Perfect location and late check-in experience
Port Campbell is a right choice to stay if one plan to see most of the great ocean road. It is just one straight road about 10-15mins away from Twelve Apostles which gave me a chance to see its sunrise and sunset. The check-in was through web registration and key collection at the safe box. Information was communicated through Hotels.com app / email. It sounded simple post-covid but this is only stay (of the nine places we had) did every step right so that International traveller can have a zero touch / late check-in experience. Thumbs up to the crew!

Rather than a motel along the road, this has a holiday atmosphere with easy access to shops, the pub for a meal, and the ocean. Our unit was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Bed & pillows was terrible, take your own for sure. Was clean and close to everything. The walls are very thin and the screaming toddler in the next room wasn’t pleasant. Would of been great for a microwave in the room not many take out option outside holiday season.

Fantastic in every respect. King size bed was great. Spacious and clean. Five min walk to town centre . Much to our surprise we were given a welcome package on arrival which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The staff were friendly. The stove, grill and oven weren't working probably. Therefore I had to buy a gas lighter to activate those appliances. Also the add for the place said all cabins came with Foxtel. I paid for the most expensive one and it didn't come with it. Despite the fact that a instruction manual was in my cabin stating how to navigate through the Foxtel channels. Complete rip off.
