All of the restaurants were very good. Rooms & hotel extremely clean. I don’t like not having bar soaps to shower with. They utilize liquid soaps only.

Not a good stay. We picked this hotel because they had a hot tub and called to make sure it was working. It was luke warm at best and was told that it was as warm as it was going to get. Also the shower head in the room was broken.

Front desk staff were wonderful. Our breakfast was great & again staff was great. What I didn’t like was that I booked a room that was supposedly mobility capable. Husband couldn’t take a shower, no bench or seat in shower. I took a shower, the shower head couldn’t be adjusted to stay in a position with out spraying water outside the shower area. Had water out by entry door. Room was very small to accommodate a person in a wheelchair & a care giver.

Front desk staff members were all kind and compassionate to help with me getting through my stay. Luis was very supportive and thoughtful of my guest needs! Plus the restaurant had nice meals which was affordable . A very gorgeous dessert plating really topped off my evening. The robe and slippers gave deluxe vibes. The pool and hot tub were so clean and fresh smelling as well. Overall it surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be back again.

My wife and I stayed from a Thursday to Sunday. Nice hotel expect for a few things. On the first night, housekeeping didn't empty the garbage or refresh the coffee machine...just made the beds. Second night, they made the beds, refreshed the coffee machine, and emptied the garbage, but took the body wash off the wall. No bars of soap either...just had to shower with hand soap for the last night there. Kristine at the bar was great...very friendly and recognized us when we came down night after night. Pool area was kinda dirty. Someone should clean the pool everyday and blow off all the leaves and things that fall from the trees on the pool deck. Also, it was quiet, except for loud traffic, even though we saw speakers. They should have music playing everyday. We just felt someone should tend to the pool area everyday. Other than that, all went well.

4points was a very nice place to stay. This is the facility is up-to-date and modern. I would definitely stay again. In hindsight, I wouldn’t have paid extra for a room with a view. Room 204 overlooked the dumpster… Not much of a view.

Front desk staff is exceptional. Dining staff is excellent and well trained but it feels fake and forced. I work in the service industry and it feels like they want to love their job but lack support on the back end. Room was very clean and comfortable. I would not pay extra for the balcony again until the weather cools and I could use it. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.

Beautiful hotel located steps away from the trail along the Peace River. Bar on site with a friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Small fitness center that does the trick. Coffee available 24/7.
