Checked in late at night and the young man at front desk was the absolute best in efficiency and friendliness. He was a delight after a very long day. Always great to be greated with a smile and wonderful attitude. Very comfortable room.

The room was comfortable and clean but the shower was filthy, floor was black with dirt and mold. I reported the issue to the clerk at checkout but she didn’t seem to care.

The room needs a deep cleaning. The bathroom vanity slab was broken with a poor repair job. Months/years of caked up dirt in bathroom floors, corners, tub area. Carpets smelled of urine

Overall, we had a great one night stay at this property. Property is in a convenient and safe location, close to the highway, and has easy parking. The hotel is well maintained, clean, and has well equipped rooms. The staff were great and the included breakfast was solid. Overall, great experience.

The hotel smelled stale. The first room we were in smelled worse. We had to switch rooms because the toilet stopped working....not clogged....stopped working....the 2nd room smelled cleaner and felt cleaner. But the hallway still had an odor and the stairwell was never cleaned. It says it is pet friendly but the dog area is located behind the dumpster..

Staff was kind. Smell of smoke in elevators and hall ways. Terrible bleach smell in the morning coming into our room, when we came out of the room it was making our eyes water. Room was not clean, small rubber bands on bathroom floor, nightstand area dirty, mattress uncomfortable for my husband. Planned on staying two nights could not wait to get out of this hotel.

Our room was very clean and all of the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast offered was not as good as others we have had. I usually can only eat the yogurt and was sad they only had a diety Dannon instead of Chobani.
