Great bang for the buck. Nice perks; all day coffee, drinks cookies. Great overall and right off the hwy.

Close to shopping and beach

I like La Quinta Hotel's, we have stayed at this location before, but this time around we had Roaches in our room. I know it happens but when I took the one's I killed to front desk to let him know we had them, he just looked at me and said ok I will let the exterminator know,and that was all. Didn't even ask if I would like a different room or anything. The girl that works there is super sweet. I told her what happened and she was not happy with the gentleman who worked in the morning and took two nights off our bill (we stayed 8 days) and was very apologetic.

Close to airport

Last minute trip to Port Charlotte due to funeral. Hotel met all my needs for this stay.

Nice place to stay but the feather pillows are not the best. But it was a great stay. A little father than I thought it was but it was okay also.

Bugs and roaches!

A big disappointment. The carpeting in the hallways looks like there was very little care, our room had hair on the floor, pieces of paper, other stuff. Looks like they take very little care to vacuum. On the second day of our stay we saw a large roach in the bathroom. On the second day, there were some kind of bugs on the night stand next to the bed. They switched our room, but within a day we saw bugs again in the room. The overall cleanliness is just a big disappointment and I'm l not surprised to say why they are having problems with bugs. Avoid this hotel if you can.

If you want tv or internet skip it!

Pros: It was fair price and near where we needed to go. One cleaning girl was helpful and gave me some tissues. They did have list of local Resturants in th
Cons: Internet, cleaning and attitude.
Location: Port Charlotte Florida looking for retirement locations.
Our first room you had no internet. My husband called downstairs and nothing, we called the tech number on the phone and nothing. The bathroom floor was also not clean. They switched us to another room but here the tv volume is garbled and we lose the picture too. After a long day this isn’t what we want. Druzy Inn where we’d stayed the night before was so much better! Front desk was kind enough to move us but it’s still nothing I’d recommend. Little coffee maker leaks water, and wasn’t plugged in.

Overnight stay

Great location just off interstate. Friendly and courteous staff. Easy check in. Good breakfast and hot fresh coffee 24 hours a day. Safe and easy walk to restaurants and convenience store. Starbucks located across the street
