"The lady that worked the front desk was amazing helped with anything we needed and didny give us any issues. Went out of her qay to do anything we needed. Pool, room, everything was clean. Would stay here again. Only one downfall was there was no elevator only two floors but still had to carry luggage up a flight of steps. And beds werent very comfortable. "

"Room and facilities were clean. Staff were kind and helpful. The closest hotel entry door to our room was close to the dumpster areas and it smelled terrible when you walked out of the building. Didn’t like that we had to wait long for the elevator. Arcades were very expensive considering we paid a large amount for our stay. Wish it was more affordable for families. Overall we had fun!"

"This was our second time at this hotel and it will be the only place I stay from now on when I come to Port Clinton. The General Manager of this place is amazing and is so warm and caring to everyone that walks through her doors. I thought when I checked in that she seemed very kind and observed her treating everyone that came through the doors with the same compassion she gave me and repeat customers that I talked to said the same thing. The place was clean with very friendly staff so I have found my home away from home at P.C. Thank you Kim & staff for making our stay AMAZING! "
