Company work and good.

Good, came back late and our door was open with the air off plus we made sure the door was closed before we left.

not bad for the money. nothing super special other than it has a nice pool and a large front yard if you want to picnic. it's proximity is ok.

Don't stay here

Plugged drains in sink and tub, two days and three requests to clear before a disgruntled owner cleared them.Observed cleaning staff cleaning multiple rooms with same cloths.

Stinky , cramped, noisy

Posted Sep 10, 2017
Staff asked additional charge even though I paid at Expedia already. I gave all the info of children's age in Expedia but he insisted that over 12 age should pay adult's charge. We stayed at room #15. The bedroom was a totally cave and stinky and cramped. Unkown noise were bothering us all the night. Horrible. Do not waste your money. Just spend more money just a little bit and get a hotel around Falls.

Very nice hotel and was close to restaurants/beach

Posted Aug 30, 2017
We had a very nice time. Hotel room was big and spacious for 4 people. Loved being close to everything we wanted to do there. We have already decided to come back next year.

Quiet hotel near the outsides of the Welland Canal

Posted Aug 28, 2017
Pros: - Quiet location and clean rooms. TV was good.
Cons: The paintings and the vases could go back to the 1970s.
Location: Easy 30 minute drive to Niagara Falls. The canal was interesting to go past and there was a canal race to see on the weekend.
I visited there this weekend as part of a softball tournament. The checkin was pleasant, with the staff easy to talk to. The room was a bit old-fashioned, but clean and fairly quiet. The Bed was good (I prefer a firm mattress). The TV had all of the major channels and the fridge kept the drinks cool. You might hear the showers go on in the other rooms, but you will not hear the other guests otherwise. Housekeeping staff did a good job every day in the room. Checkout was quick and hassle-free. No issues and I would stay there again if I am in the area.

Not many options for Hotels in PC

Posted Aug 17, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Room cleanliness and front desk service
Its truly a 2 start hotel. The bed was clean! Which is good for a 2 start hotel, but most rooms are a little musty. Our room had tons of deer flies for some reason. Also, room 28 is not after room 27, its between rooms 21 & 22, go figure! For one night is ok!
