hotel by the airport

Feiwndly and very helpful staff. Its a great location for the money. The hotel isn't a swanky place and shows its age in the decor and amenities. It is a clean and classy place, just a little dated. I got a king room for right at a $100 for the night. location, bar, being just a 5 minutes shuttle ride to the airport, and free parking to leave my truck safe and sound... this is a great place for the money!!

Nice and pleasant.

Pros: It was designed well and had a nice gym.
Cons: A few live trees maybe.
I flew in for one night to attend a funeral and the hotel staff were very nice. Lots of smiles and a beautiful room will make you forget about your sorrows.

Customer Service gets an A+

I had to review because of the staff. I did not pass a worker anywhere in the hotel without being greeted, acknowledged, addressed- whatever, it was incredible. When out of town for business it's already unfamiliar grounds, but I mean this whole heartedly when I say they really help make it feel more like home for those two days. Front desk women could not have been more accommodating and friendly, especially Natalie. She had overheard me mentioning how badly I wanted Starbucks but it was closed early and didn't hesitate to offer to get me some. We had been traveling and at our class for what ended up being a 17 hour day and offering coffee may seem obligatory but she did not have to! We will definitely be coming back, love Marriot as a company. You're doing it right!

I got two rooms for my birthday. Upon check in we went into one of the two rooms (has more running around to do). Once I got back to the hotel in a rush, I realized I had the wrong room. Called down to the front desk and they apologized and fixed it immediately. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and amazing. I had a party bus and the hotel was able to accommodate my party of 17 in the lobby until pick up. I will definitely be back!

Great couples not so much for families

For either a quick stay close to the airport or perhaps a couples stay, this hotel is great. Otherwise the lack of pool, paying for continental breakfast and having no wi-fi unless you pay a fee isn't great for families. The room was nice, comfortable and clean! The area was fine!

Convenient hotel to the airport

Pros: The staff accommodated adjoining rooms.
My family stayed here for one night December 26, 2016. We had an early flight the next morning at CMH. It was convenient but the hotel needs updating. We ate at the hotel grill/bar which had your traditional 3 star hotel food. I will stay somewhere else next time.
