Very nice hotel

I always stay at this hotel when I am traveling to Columbus the location is very nice and they have a wonderful staff. The breakfast is top notch and the rooms are spacious and clean. Also a wonderful exercise facility.

Lobby, restaurant and breakfast area were excellent. Pool was disgusting.

Very goo location, close to Easton, airport and the Conservatory which is where we were going.

What a difference a year makes!!!

Cons: A good cleaning or upgrade!!!!
Stayed at this property last year, would have rated it a 5!! Stayed there this year and the hotel was not as clean as it was the previous year!!! Elevator floors were dirty and stained, our room was dirty and the carpet, furniture, and tile were stained and just seamed dirty. They still made a good breakfast and happy hour and the staff was very nice and pleasant!!

Several restaurants nearby. Great breakfast provided by hotel. Efficient shuttle service. Free parking. Room was super comfy!

Convenient hotel near our grandchildren.

Pros: The breakfast is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our favorite is Keith who helps us at breakfast.
Cons: Maybe an extra towel and wash cloth in the bathroom. Our room was far from the elevator for 2 seniors to drag their luggage (good walk for our health)
Location: The attractions nearby were one granddaughter's field hockey game and the other one's orchestra concert. Both at Bexley HS.
We have stayed at this Embassy Suites several times and like its consistent cleanliness and comfort. The swimming pool is great, happy hour a nice extra, and the staff is excellent. It's a bit pricey for us, but we have found discounts on several travel websites. We don't have any complaints/

Expected better of from the Embassy Suites

Pros: The breakfast buffet.
Cons: Rooms need to be checked for outdate/worn furniture.
Location: Near the airport, fast food eateries, and hotels. It is conveniently located off of a major interstate.
Check in was disheartening. As I'm getting checked in, I expressed that I need a luggage cart. I was advised that the hotel only had a certain amount (3) and that they were all in use. I advised, ok, but that didn't change my need. I chose to stay there the day before my wedding and had a lot of stuff that I couldn't transport to my room without several trips in and out of the hotel. Meanwhile, I overhear a guest complaining that someone was occupying the room he was given a key for. I thought then, that's unfortunate as that happened to me years ago at an Embassy Suites in GA. So as we waited for the guy that checked me in to find a luggage cart, I'm hoping this is the only issue I have. He returns with a luggage cart and I have my mom stay in the lobby to watch the rest of my items while I transport items to the room. As I attempt to enter my room, i'm getting the red light. Eventually as I realize the voices I hear are coming from the room I'm attempting to get in, I become angry & I am greeted by the guest that is occupying the room. Angered, I return to the front desk & another staff member assists as the guy that checked me in had left in the hotel shuttle. And by this time it has been at least 30 minutes since arriving at the hotel. Once in my room, I notice a large stain on the couch that appears wet. It's not, but I would think that at this price level the room should be spotless. There only saving grace was the breakfast buffet the following morning.
