Nice and new hotel

Pros: Room decor and quality of he rooms
Cons: WIFI connection in room 627 was terrible. Room needs to be cleaned and supplies replenished every day.
Location: Location was great. Most places that we went to visit was not more than 15-20 minutes. away by car.
I stayed there for 2 nights. The breakfast was excellent and so was the hotel room. The room was supposed to be cleaned each day and that did not happen. Also, WIFI connection in room 627 was terrible. Complained about it and the front desk gave me a 800 #, which did not help much either. I must add that there was a LAN line available in the room but none on my computing devices including my laptop had a LAN port. I hope the hotel management will take these comments in to consideration to improve service,

My room was not completely cleaned. Trash left in trash cans. Cushions to sofa not on sofa. Body wash in shower empty bottle.

Pros: I liked the rooms and the amenities , but I especially liked the employees.
Location: It was a cold rainy night so I did not spend any time checking things to do nearby.
I had my check-in days confused, so I arrived on Wednesday 11-15 instead of Thursday 11-15-2017.There were no rooms available ,so I could not stay there that night. The desk clerk,Mark Snodgrass, checked hotels in the immediate vicinity, but they were sold out also. He found the Hampton Inn in the nearby Polaris Community of Columbus, had some rooms available. He contacted a desk clerk there, Pamela,who checked us into a very clean, luxurious room. Thanks to Mark, we had a room for the night. With employees like these , and the young lady at Embassy Suites who printed directions from the Embassy Suites to the Hampton Inn, I would recommend these two hotels wholeheartedly! I've never been at a hotel where the employees , like Mark Snodgrass, were so willing to help two strangers from out of town.

Disappointed

The couch and chase had stains on them. They was a whole pizza left in the fridge and a sock left in the night stand. There wasn’t a room available for me to switch. I put sheets over the furniture. The evening reception was very nice!

This hotel had a nice hot breakfast! The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

nice restaurant with a social hour that was great.

Pros: I like the location close to the airport and easy to enter and exit.
The staff at the breakfast bar were helpful and the coffee was good.

Very nice hotel

I always stay at this hotel when I am traveling to Columbus the location is very nice and they have a wonderful staff. The breakfast is top notch and the rooms are spacious and clean. Also a wonderful exercise facility.

Lobby, restaurant and breakfast area were excellent. Pool was disgusting.
