First I booked a room with 1 queen bed. They put me in a room with 2 beds. Also the keys in one room wouldn't work, so they put me in another room that had an awful smell and was very dirty. I spoke very politely to the manager who was incredibly disrespectful and said something like "the room doesn't smell bad" and I said that unfortunately it did. He just said: well seems like we can't please you. And then ultimately the very nice staff lady got me a set of card keys that were working and I was moved to the original room. No one came to help me with my bags. Didn't even offer. In summary this is just as bad as one of the places in that show hotel hell. I mean I paid for what I like, and then I am given this? And treated this way.

I travel quite a bit and I don't usually complain or leave bad reviews but I think that this was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. To say the mattress was hard is an understatement.

The location is excellent 😀👍👏 The service was great when we arrived and we were offered assistance to our room without asking We had problems with bathroom sink drainage and was given immediate assistance and we changed rooms quickly with no problems We also asked for late Check- out 1.00pm as dining in restaurant They stated no problem 😊 👍 Highly recommend this hotel 🙏

Our room was dusty, smelled like it was a previous smoking room. Just across hwy from train yard, that shunt night and day. Would be better to stay in the back, where it is quieter Have stayed here years ago and it was better then
