“I know this isn't a five star property, but the office staff could make some effort. I am tired of staff who treat guests like they're an inconvenience. This could explain why the parking lot was half empty during my week's stay. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were delightful and very engaging. They made me feel welcome and valued. “The price for what we got was outrageous. The cabin was clean enough but tired and the place had a musty smell. Some strange guests that made us feel uncomfortable. Location was excellent, accommodation was sub par for the cost.”
