Our third visit as bedroom views are fantastic.

Pros: Safe convenient location with excellent facilities
Cons: A bit less wind outside!
Location: See above
Hotel location is great , very safe and very close to a links golf course!

Modern hotel on the waterfront

Pros: Location
Cons: Room comfort
Location: Close to the airport
10min from PE airport and on the beach front, this is a well located hotel. Modern furnishings, friendly staff and good food served in the bar lounge.

Start of garden route

Great views from upper floors across the beach and sea. Business class room was big. Still unsure about open bathroom space were you can see into bedroom and vice versa. Lovely breakfast. Great staff who are very helpful and always have a smile on there faces. Plenty of parking spaces.

What a disappointment

Booked this hotel as a radisson location so expected a good standard. On arrival we were kept waiting for half an hour for our room as the maid was making ' finishing touches'. Room still looked dirty on arrival and was a wierd design. Open plan so bath and toilet was in same room as bedroom so having a bath or going to toilet was fully shared with rest of room occupants. Never saw this before and don't want to again, and this was a business class room! Most disturbing was when our turn down maid just walked in the room without knocking and I found her unexpectedly in our room. I asked her to leave...this should not happen... Location was good and staff did try to make amends but it left a bad impression on us and we will not be back.

No privacy!!

Very small room, you can barely walk. bathroom has transparent doors and opened to the room. Definitely not a good choice if you're staying with a friend.

Cold night in an expensive room

It is winter in South Africa. In Port Elizabeth it was in the 40s F. during the night, and the "heater" in the room only blew cold air. When we called downstairs they sent up a maintenance man who did nothing. He said we just had to wait and it would eventually blow hot air. It never did. We spent a very cold night in an expensive room. Inexcusable for a hotel of this caliber.
