Very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed the place.

Pros: Everything about the hotel is very good apart from the morning wake up by house keeping department to clean the rooms.
Cons: The house keeping department should know which client checks out and knock on those particular rooms instead of waking those who are not checking out
Location: Location fantastic, well located.
Enjoyed my stay very warm place. But no morning wake up calls if client is not checking out from house keeping.

Wonderful Hotel bay front

The staff is very friendly. Nice and clean. Convenient to many shops and restaurants. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Pros: location. service, rooms
It was pleasant comfortable stay. The staffs are very friendly and supportive.

Ok but definitely not great!

Arrival was met with non-enthusiastic greeting from front desk. No lunch and drinks only available after 3pm. Spent R400 down the road for lunch and drinks which could have been spent at Paxton if their restaurant was open. Noisy club close by resulted in limited sleep on Sunday eve. Payment was not discussed until I posed the question re: pay now, via credit card?
