Traffic noise too high

Pros: pool and Jacuzzi
Cons: insulate rooms better from outside noise.
Location: Not too far from the beach
Nice appearance from outside. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. However, the room we got is close to the front road and the traffic noise is too high, it disrupts sleep.

Pros: The staff, the breakfast and the pool.
Location: By the beach
The staff was wonderful and shared some helpful information about the places to visit in the area. On top of that, the hotel was beautiful and very comfortable.

Could have been better...

Pros: Location
Cons: almost everything.
Location: If you are taking a bout from the Oxnard harbor, this place is a good one. You can do most marine sports there.
This is not bad inn, but hasn't kept well. The location and potentials are quite nice. But very expensive for the present condition. I can't believe Expedia rate was 3.6. Hotel staff were not so helpful.

Convenient with large rooms.

Pros: The convenience.
Cons: It would be nice if there were a few more things like a fridge like a coffee maker, drinks or snacks in the room, etc.
Location: Very close to a lot of shops and to the Oxnard harbor area.
The staff were very helpful. Not too many amenities in the room but it was quiet and comfortable.

Motel not a hotel

Room was super dirty, and over priced.. house keeping didn't come either of the 2 days we were there.. there was a blood stain on the sheets and a hair ball in the same bed, there was an old bar of soap in the shower, something was also splattered/spilled on the wall.. most of the cabnitry and furniture was broken. For the price I wouldn't reccomend staying there I felt like I was ripped off. I do have to say The office staff was very nice and it does have a great location but for what they're charging please update and clean your rooms the building has a lot of potential.

Disappointed

Arrived at 1230 am. They have a window slot to do your check in, Made me wonder about my safety. The person was pleasant. My room- I have to say very clean. Obviously though it was old. From late 70's or 80's. The arm chair had torn apolstery. The paint in bathroom was flaking off over tub. Toilet seat was loose and sink backed up. Which they did fix the back up. There were cats running all over the property. At least 5. The Formica table top had missing pieces of Formica.

Disgusting

The rooms were so gross. They smelled. Dirty. Stained carpet. Dirty beds. Doors werent sealed. I sent pictures to management and got a full refund. I honestly don't know how they are still open for business. May 2017 there was a case of bedbugs.

Under construction!

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Room condition...especially the bathroom. This section must be the next up for construction/renovations.
Location: Close to Naval base...not much else.
Location is not desirable...lots of homeless hanging around...did not feel safe. Part of the facility is under construction...this was not a good choice for us...too far from everything!
