Perfectly Pet Friendly

We were pleasantly welcomed with our pet, we were located nicely near an exit that made it easily accessible with our dog .......a nice area to let him out ......wished everyone picked up after their dog it would have made it even more friendly the hotel has a gragabe can conviently located.

Perfect hotel close to highway

Comfy, clean, and perfect! The staff is amazing and the beds are comfy! The pool was nice and so was the hot tub!

Bad hotel

Pros: Nothing! It has been a terrible experience.
At check in (on Oct 28) we were assigned a room with a strong smoke smell (contrary to the advertised non-smoking hotel policy). We requested a new room and were assigned a room that was OK, but the hotel is charging us for two rooms (the room originally assigned paid thru Expedia and the replacement room charged directly to my credit card). We have called Expedia and sent e-mails to Expedia and Comfort Inn explaining the situation and requesting a refund of the overcharge, but after two weeks the issue has not been yet resolved. I am very disappointed of how Expedia and Comfort Inn have handled this mistake by the hotel.

Sorry for the experience you had. However, looking your credit card has been refunded the money and it can take up to five days some times more for the money to go back on the card.

Bad timing for a problem with the pool

20+ kids saying for a local soccer tournament and no pool maintenance on staff to correct a sanitation problem. The desk clerk finally took it upon herself to go dump some chemicals in after about 4 hours. It was raining so the kids did not have other options. Breakfast and it's staff were great though!

About what I expected for the money

The hotel looked pretty good from the outside even though it is located in a neighbourhood that has seen better days. The desk clerk was very helpful and explained all the amenities. The halls were wide but the carpet was worn. The room was OK but even though it was non smoking it smelled like it had. Wen smoked in in the not so distant past. The carpet was dark and so were the bed spreads which I didn't let get any where near my face. Overall about what I expected for the price and OK for an overnight stay and close to the border

Don't expect to exercise.

My friend and I always workout in the evening, that's why we choose hotels with fitness rooms. Well, simply put, this fitness room was total crap. You couldn't use any weights, they were all broke.
