Nice hotel, if only the heater worked properly!

Overall, it was an ok place, maybe a 2.5 star... the best part was that the pool was actually warm and very comfortable even when it was 28 degrees outside (Not like some other hotels I have been to) The bad part was that the thermostat on my room heater was not working, so basically the heater had to either be on or off leaving the room too hot or too cold, making it unbearable at night. Kept me up the whole night as I had to manually tur6it on and off.

It was really good, the kids staying there were really loud but they went to bed early, so it was okay. The Jacuzzi tub was so bug and amazing! Definitely worth the extra money.

Great for families

From the moment my family and I walked through the doors we have been greated with bright smiles. The items we forgot at home we received from the front desk. Housekeeping was very courteous when knocking due to us having small children. The room has been well kept. We have enjoyed breakfast at least twice each day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our family will definitely be back and recommend this hotel.

One of the worst I've stayed at

I checked in about 6 with a conference call at 9 pm. Walking up the reception area was TORN off the front of the building....bad first impression. The internet was so slow I couldn't download a presentation....and ended uo at McDonalds to use theirs. Then I call the desk and it says the internet is out completely.....but they called the company and it's all they can do Then there was a kids hockey tournament staying there....and the manager wouldnt say a thing as kids rode valet carts down hallways and played hide and seek throught the hotel....it was like he just didnt care. It was sooo loud I could not take calls in my own room....for 140 per night this place did not measure up

All I am going to say is the pictures are deceiving. Not recommended.
