The hallway on my floor had no air conditioning and it had an unpleasant odor. Worst of all, the pool iwas closed and will be until fall 2017 and this was one of my top criteria when I chose this hotel. So I was very dissapointed and my son very sad. They should have told me beforehand. No happy at all.

Doesn't look anything like the pictures

This hotel should not be rated 4 stars by any means. It is outdated, mold everywhere, staff is rude, anddddd they even charge per person ($100/night) when it's not even an all inclusive resort. Breakfast is nasty and over priced. Rooms smell horrible. Just do yourself a favor and stay at the Hyatt Trinidad. I'll never stay here again. Raggedy place.

Food was delicious but very expensive

They provided us with early check in which was great. Unfortunately I paid for breakfast for both days but due to early flight missed it on second day and asked for credit but was told no. Food really really expensive. Great breakfast could have had more local options

Only love the balcony that's why I go to Hilton.. you can't get someone on the phone.. the staff is not always friendly... the room was not cleaned properly and lots more...

Hilton T&T Fraud. WHERE IS MY $967.14usd

I booked the hotel expecting it to be the best in the area. My card was charged. My guests were to arrive during the wee hours of the morning. I called the hotel to ensure everything was fine. When my guests arrived at 6.30am, we discovered the booking had been CANCELLED by the hotel with no notification and the room SOLD to another guest without refunding my money. I had to book another room and PAY AGAIN. My guests had to PAY CASH ALSO before getting in. After much insistence on my part, hotel refunded the CASH paid by my guest but is yet to REFUND MY CARD WITH $967.14usd. And this is almost 2months after. And you want to know how my stay was? Refund my money first, then we can talk. This hotel is fraudulent and the activities surrounding your reservations are a cayse for concern.

boring hotel

Pros: nothing at all
Cons: they can start by all the way around #1 rooms to dark #2 activity in pool area
Location: close to a zoo
the reason i dont recommend this hotel is because there's nothing to do its too boring they dont do nothing for people to want to come back no shows no free breakfast absolutely nothing i heard that the best time is carnival in febuary thats it

My Stay at the Hilton was amazing we had a chance to meet the soccer team from Barbados while there, I'm booking my future stay now

Wonderful, excellent & friendly staff, very helpful. Meals were far too expensive and room coffee service was unattended for a whole day. The final bill was unavailable on the last night.
