Convenient

Pros: location.
Cons: Staff didn`t act like they cared.Just paid help.
Location: Everything nearby.close to the interstate.
Nice place. Nice breakfast. Comfortable room. Terrible access. Bored staff.

Thank you for your comments. I apologize about the staff. Although a little worn between speed weeks and Bike weeks, there is no excuse for front desk staff not to be 100% cordial. Policies and procedure will be changing in the upcoming weeks. Unfortunately, my observations as a new GM on this property is that texting and breaks are the normal where customer service was lacking. This is not true for all of the personnel and it is known where the adjustments need to be made. thank you for your input and I am sure you will see noticeable changes in the coming weeks. Great hotel close to I-95

Check was smooth, even with arriving before the 3 pm check in time. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. A+

Telephone in the room didn't work so we had to go downstairs twice to get help to fix it. Staff was nice and came to the room. Bathtub had mold. Alarm clock made strange noises all night so it had to be unplugged. Very limited seating for breakfast.

Close the the track!

Great location and the staff was very friendly. The bathroom was very dirty although the rest of the room was clean. The blow dryer that is attached to the wall did not work. A replacement dryer was brought immediately. However, the guy did not attach it to the wall. You could not use it because of the short cord and the fact it is meant to be attached. Stayed here last year and it was a fabulous experience. This year the bathroom cleanliness was a miss.

Great Area.

I would stay there again. NO problems at all. Clean, quiet and comfortable. They had a indoor pool and hot tub. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance and nearby.

The bathroom is full of mold/mildew, the showerhead did not have good water flow and flooded the bathroom. The bed very uncomfortable and I felt like it was going to break. I was even afraid of turning because it made so much noise and it would move. Also I had to request for my sheets to be changed because it was stained. Housekeeping should be careful and make sure the alarm from the radio is turned off because mine was on and it went off at 6:00 am

Unfortunately, a hotel bed will never replace the one at home where you are comfortable but we do keep up with Laquinta standards on the quality. Excellent Stay at La Quinta!!

Right off the exit very convenient. Close to shopping and casual dining restaurants. Hotel staff accommodating and pleasant. Got a good nights rest, quiet and relaxing stay. Great breakfast selection. Would definately recommend.

Won't Stay Here Again

Pros: It was Very close to the I-95 exit
Cons: Pretty much everything, including breakfast
First room, cat urine smell, stains on carpet, and torn carpet tiles. Second room was so welcoming that all lights were on, toilet seat was up, closet door was open and someone kindly left a Chick-Fil-A bag on the desk for us. Really??? Finally, we wer given a room we could actually stay the night in, but while talking with the front desk discovered that La Quinta is very pet-friendly, and my husband is allergic to pets. Needless to say, we won't be staying there again.
