Great hotel-uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Hotel was overall nice. Bed hard as a rock, pillows flat!! Had to go buy pillows. Will not stay here again until they get new mattresses. Breakfast isn't that great. Front desk staff nice.

Cons: Nothing
Location: Very close to relatives in Port Richey. Close to Beach, shopping area.
Our room was clean, quiet,, very large. Staff was very friendly. We loved the convenience to everything in Port Richey. Will certainly stay there again. Everything was definitely first class. Wonderful stay

Nice hotel, needs attention to rooms

This was a nice hotel and staff was accommodating, but... needs more attention to the rooms prior to daying the room is ready. The first room we were desiganted had a very bad smell (old). Once it was voiced the staff changed the room, waived the difference on the rate and made sure it met our needs (wheelchair accesanility). However I don't think is good business when is your guest telling you and not the staff prevenying it prior to booking the room. Housekeeping should have been able to notice ans report the issue.

Amenities were great but not very clean hotel

The hotel was good but could have been better. The furniture was out dated, head board, tv and dressers were dusty and tub was stained

Everthing was good just didnt know my room wouldnt have a fridge like to keep lunch supplies on hand...
